Legendary basketball player Magic Johnson's son EJ was spotted wearing his take on a sports jersey - a lacy number emblazoned by the word 'pervert' - while out and and about in New York on Friday.

When he played for the Los Angeles Lakers, Magic Johnson sported the number 32.

The 23-year-old Rich Kids Of Beverly Hills star showcased his drastic weight loss in the tight-fitting, see-through shirt and leather shorts, after recently undergoing gastric sleeve surgery.

But his son's modified version of the classic sports uniform featured the number 17.

In fact, the shirt is a prized piece in EJ's wardrobe as he's been seen wearing it before, for instance just last week on the Season three finale of Rich Kids Of Beverly Hills.

EJ's incredible weight loss has brought the reality star into the spotlight lately. He's shed nearly 200 pounds from his 6ft 8in frame since he had gastric sleeve surgery last September.

The fashion blogger has said that he transformed his diet by steering clear from alcohol, fried food and high-levels of sugar. He's also been attending Pilates classes four times a week.

'I feel like a new person,' EJ told Us Weekly recently.

On Sunday's season three finale of RKOBH, EJ commented on his dramatic weight loss and the positive upgrades to his love life that have come with it.

'The attention I get from men now is completely different than before,' the slimmed-down star told his sister Elise.

'I feel like I definitely don't have to work as hard,' he continued.
