Sinclair has turned down a new deal, and Liverpool look set to cash in on the youngster who only has a year left on his current contract.
SIMON JONES: Roma are pressing for an agreement with Manchester City over the sale of Edin Dzeko.
City have dismissed Roma's proposal of £14million saying they want £20m for the Bosnia striker.
However, as City prepare for the arrival of Raheem Sterling from Liverpool, Roma sporting director Walter Sabatini flew out for Manchester in the hope of reaching a compromise on Sunday night.
That's the replacement for Petr Cech sorted following his departure to Arsenal, but is Begovic really prepared to sit on the bench behind Thibaut Courtois?

Norwich City's summer business has consisted only of signing two former West Brom players so far in Graham Dorrans and Youssouf Mulumbu, but the Canaries appear to have stopped short of landing a striker.

Schweinsteiger is set to join United for a fee in the region of £15m and touched down in England to complete a medical on Sunday.
The German international has spent 17 years with Bayern, and Guardiola admitted it was the World Cup winner's decision to leave.
Or maybe that should be 'DUN DEAL'. Ok, ok that was poor, but back to the matter, Dundee United have signed former QPR defender Coll Donaldson on a three-year-deal.
The 20-year-old was released by the Hoops last week having only arrived at Loftus Road last year in a £150,000 deal from Livingston.
Whether the former Barcelona goalkeeper can or not is another matter.
Right now he is behind David de Gea in the pecking order, but should the Spaniard depart as expected to Real Madrid he will be unchallenged for the jersey...
