But Katy Perry swapped her role as an entertainer to join the countless fans at Mariah Carey's residency at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas on Sunday.

Joining forces backstage at the famous venue, the pair couldn't resist a glamorous shot together before the show commenced, which saw them flaunt their figures in cleavage-enhancing dresses.

Capping the look with a heavy pair of earrings, she had clearly made an effort for the event, which sees Mariah perform a medley of hits to an adoring crowd.
