Who can blame him? Jesse Metcalfe can't keep his eyes (or lips) off stunning bikini-clad girlfriend Cara Santana on Miami beach
They've been dating since 2009, but Cara Santana and Jesse Metcalfe on Thursday were keeping those first flushes of romance alive.
The happy couple were spotted enjoying an amorous break in Miami, Florida and they didn't shy away from piling on the PDA.
It wasn't hard to understand why Jesse couldn't stop kissing his gorgeous girlfriend, as she showed off her fantastic figure.

Cara, 31, was clad in a Triangl bikini in bold blue and white hues, with neon yellow panels across the chest.
The bright and colourful two-piece allowed the Salem star to display her flat stomach, slim legs and pert derriere.

The happy couple strolled along the beach arm-in-arm and went for a dip in the water together to cool off.

They looked relaxed as they cuddled up on a daybed together, chatting away and planting kisses on each other.
Cara earlier in the day shared a photo to Instagram that showed her jumping on her bed, with the caption: 'I'm In Miami B**** // ...(I Couldn't Help Myself).'
She started dating Desperate Housewives star Jesse in 2009 and they had a brief break in 2011 before reconciling.

The couple last year denied that they were engaged, but Jesse then said on the Kyle and Jackie O Breakfast show on KIIS 1065 that he hopes they will be at some point in the future.
'That's not to say we won't get engaged and won't get married, it seems to be going in that direction, but not yet,' he said.
'It's crazy because it's not like I don't have enough pressure to get engaged every day. It will take a bit of specialness away from the moment when we finally do.'
Cara and Jesse were set to attend a launch party on Thursday night in Miami for her Glam App that provides mobile beauty services.
