She was heading to the fashion capital of the world.

But Kristen Stewart opted for a typically low-key look as she jetted in to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport on Monday from Los Angeles.

Showing no signs of fatigue following her 11-hour flight, the 25-year-old actress looked fresh-faced as she exited the airport and waited for a car to take her to her hotel.

Her brown hair was worn loose pulled back into an effortless top knot, and Kristen did not seem to be wearing any make-up.

Hiding her eyes behind a pair of dark sunglasses, the Twilight star donned a loose black T-shirt for the trip, though layered the style with a grey hooded sweatshirt for extra warmth.

The layered look clearly didn't keep the star warm enough though, as she later slipped into a stylish denim jacket.

Kristen Stewart loves to rock the casual attire paired with the too cool for school attitude.

You'd never guess she'd be attracted to a twinkling vampire with that mean muggin' look she's got goin' on.

She arrived in Paris with a gray denim on denim ensemble. She wore a gray denim jacket over a black tank, gray jeans, and a classic adidas black and white sneakers. She accessorized with a black bag and her signature chain locket necklace.

On Sunday, the brunette could be seen shifting a load of luggage for her flight.

Proving her ability to travel lightly isn't the greatest, as well as her suitcase, the star also toted a carry-on bag, an extra jacket, and a guitar through Los Angeles' LAX airport as she headed to her plane.

All of the gear - plus Kristen's casual clothing - indicated that her trip to Europe was going to be a pretty long one.

The casual look has become standard for the Still Alice star, especially when travelling or spending time with friends or reported girlfriend Alicia Cargile.

Kristen did, however, make herself far more glamorous for a cover story running in Marie Claire's August 15 issue.

Her appearance in the magazine, also saw the star set the record straight on past scandals - especially the affair with her Snow White And The Huntsman director, Rupert Sanders, in 2012.

'I lit my universe on fire and I watched it burn,' Kristen told the magazine.

'Speaking very candidly, it was a really traumatic period in my early 20s that kick-started something in me that was a bit more feral.'

The affair ended Kristen's relationship with Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson and Rupert's marriage to Liberty Ross.

After briefly rekindling their romance, Kristen and Robert called it quits for good in May 2013.

'I'm really proud that I am able to move forward and not fall into every mental crater,' the actress said of her growth since that time.

'Age has made me smarter and calmer. And it is f***ing awesome.'

Past troubles: In the interview, Kristen explained that she was self-destructive around the time she had an affair with her director

Kristen's career has certainly done well in recent years - in 2014, she delivered critically acclaimed performances in Still Alice and in Clouds Of Sils Maria.

The actress even won France's coveted Cesar award for best supporting actress in the second movie.

Next up for Kristen is the action comedy, American Ultra, which co-stars Jesse Eisenberg and will be released on August 21.
