Victoria Beckham dons flattering all-black gym gear and cap after SoulCycle session... before sharing sweet picture of handsome husband David

She and her family are huge fans of the energetic exercise class.

So it's no surprise Victoria Beckham found the time fit in yet another SoulCycle session in Los Angeles, as she started her day in a healthy way on Sunday.

The 41-year-old fashion designer looked relaxed as she emerged from the popular class without her famous family by her side.

She wore her typical gym gear, including the SoulCycle branded leggings and a simple black vest, showing off her lean and toned arms.

The svelte beauty's brunette locks were worn loose and she covered up with a black Adidas skateboarding baseball cap and a pair of oversized shades.

The former Spice Girls star chatted away to a female friend, also in fitness gear, outside the complex, as she clutched a large bottle of water to keep hydrated after the energetic fitness class.

She wasn't joined on the day by husband David, 40, or their children - her sons (Brooklyn, 16, Romeo, 12 and Cruz, 10) in particular are keen fans of the LA-based class

Work up a sweat in shades by Victoria Beckham

Mrs Victoria Beckham never looks anything other than stylish, even when she's hitting up her Soul Cycle classes she's pap ready. Wearing a simple vest and capri pant combo, Victoria looks understated yet she's added some A-list kudos thanks to those statement sunglasses and that cap.

Victoria's sunglasses are from her own line, obviously, she is the best ambassador for the brand after all. You can't get this exact style anymore but click right to get a similar version which we spotted on Eva Longoria a few weeks ago.

There is a snag though. Getting the A-list look doesn't come cheap and these will set you back $950!

Meanwhile, Victoria made millions of hearts melt on Monday as she shared a lovely photo of her man on her Twitter page.

The handsome retired footballer flashed his famous and knee-weakening grin for the camera as he posed in what seemed to be a car park covered with posters for his pal Guy Ritchie's new movie The Man From U.N.C.L.E.

Along with the snap, Victoria wrote: 'Excited to see The Man from U.N.C.L.E! @realguyritchie x vb #MANfromUNCLE.'

It was a great shout-out for the pair's famous director pal, who is set to release his remake of the popular 1960s TV series of the same name.

The film, directed by Guy, is set - like the original TV series - in the early 1960s against the backdrop of the Cold War and features car chases, beautiful women, and two feuding protagonists.

In the photo, the sportsman looked happier than he has in recent days: he was spotted out and about on Saturday, emerging from a SoulCycle class, looking notably glum.

David was clearly grief-striken after the sad loss of French motor racing driver Jules Bianchi, who passed away on Friday.

The 25-year-old suffered a traumatic brain injury after crashing his Marussia at the 2014 Japanese Grand Prix, and he spent the last nine months in a coma.

On Saturday, David posted his condolences for the friends and family of the fallen Formula One driver.

'Jules Bianchi may he rest in peace.. Our thoughts are with his family and friends,' the former footballer wrote to his combined 60.5M followers on Facebook/Instagram pages.

David - who retired from his 20-year career in 2013 - has been spotted numerous times working up a sweat at SoulCycle.

Joining the real-life Adonis for his early morning Saturday session was his doting bodyguard, who made sure he got into the waiting SUV safely after having attracted quite the crowd outside the building.
