When your parents are movie stars there is no need to dress to impress.

Ireland Baldwin let her natural beauty do the talking on Friday when she stepped out in Malibu to do a spot of grocery shopping.

Wearing her hair up in a messy bun the daughter of Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger went make-up free as she paid a visit to the Vintage Grocers.

She wore a three-quarter length baggy black woolly cardigan teamed with a pair of jean shorts and a white T-shirt.

The 19-year-old also wore a pair of stripey socks with her Converse trainers. 

Only 24 hours previously she was seen out with her beau Jon Kasic, as the pair went on a lunch date.

The pair hit the streets of Malibu together and cut a casual duo as they strode along the sidewalk.

Ireland again went for her favoured up do, and clearly happy to go fresh faced, again was make-up free.

Wearing a black woolly jumper and a pair of grey leggings, she was again in her favoured Converse trainers.

Meanwhile her beau also went for a casual ensemble of pale blue jeans and a black T-shirt.

They appeared to have struggled to have finished their meal as he carried a take-away bag.

The couple met when she spent some time in a treatment centre in Malibu.

Jon 23, was also at the Soba Recovery Centre where Ireland was overcoming 'emotional trauma.' 

The brunette, who has done modelling work, was dropped by her former agency but recently signed on with DT Model Management earlier this year.

Sadly, Ireland was then reportedly attacked on June 15, being spotted with bruises on her face over the next few days.

'A week ago, a crew of guys were following Ireland around Malibu,' a source told DailyMail.com. 'Three guys attacked Ireland.'

However she seems to have overcome the incident and has been seen looking happy and healthy in the weeks since, often on the arm of her boyfriend.

She also has more of her own family - on June 17, Ireland's father and stepmother, Hilaria Baldwin, welcomed their second child and first boy, Rafael.

Ireland already has a half-sister, 22-month-old Carmen, from her father's second marriage.
