The hard work's paying off! Gym bunny Tana Ramsay showcases her impressive biceps and pert derrière after leaving spin class in L.A.

She's known to frequent the same workout classes as David Beckham and other Hollywood stars. 

And as she left yet another gruelling session on Saturday, Tana Ramsay's gym efforts were clear to see. 

The 41-year-old showed off her impressive biceps and toned derrière as she made her way back to her car following the class at SoulCycle in Los Angeles.

Ditching her brunette tresses for a more summery hue, the mother-of-four showed off her flawless skin, shunning make-up for the occasion.

Dressed in tight work-out leggings and a vest top, Tana's enviable muscles were put on display as she carried a bag out of the popular class.

Last month gym bunny Tana completed the Staffordshire half-Iron man with her TV chef husband.

The couple were raising money for the Gordon Ramsay Foundation. 

The organisation supports five different charities - Cancer Research UK, Scottish Spina Bifida Association, Louis Dundas Centre for Children’s Palliative Care, Action Against Hunger & Meningitis Now.

Both Tana and Gordon completed a 1.2-mile swim at Chasewater, a 56-mile cycle across Cannock Chase, Lichfield, East Staffordshire and Stafford and a 13.1-mile run, finishing at Shugborough stately home.

Gordon completed the track in five hours, 53 minutes and 49 seconds and previously revealed that he and Tana were extremely competitive about the event.

'Tana wants to beat me,' he told The Telegraph before the race in June. 'She doesn't have much time on her hands, but she's dedicated.

'You'll see her in Richmond Park on a Sunday morning, running, with all the kids [they have four] behind on their bikes. 

'She's seriously disciplined.' The couple married in 1996 and have four children together.
