She likes to make a statement with increasingly revealing maternity wear.

And Kim Kardashian looked glamorous as ever when she hit the designer boutiques on Paris' ultra expensive Avenue Montaigne on Tuesday morning as her quest for the perfect wardrobe continues.

The 34-year-old reality star - who is expecting her second child with her husband Kanye West - put on her usual busty display in a chic cream top with a dangerously low-cut neckline as she turned heads in the French capital.

She added a light grey bodycon skirt that clung to her curvy physique and accentuated her voluptuous derriere.

Kim kept her look simple with just a pair of sparkling earrings and nude-coloured, strappy heels setting off the outfit. 

The raven-haired beauty wore her long locks cascading down her back and toned down her heavily contoured make-up to make it daytime-friendly.

It's no secret that Kim Kardashian has got a bit of a penchant for French designer labels like Balmain, Givenchy and Dior. But she seems to have settled on a new favorite!

This is the second time in as many weeks that we have spotted her wearing too cool for school brand Isabel Marant, and no doubt she's in Paris to shop for more pieces. She's clearly going for Parisian chic during this pregnancy!

She kept her baby bump under wraps in this textured jacket, which she styled with a maxi skirt in a similarly neutral shade and nude barely there heels. The belted waist and V-neck of this vest help highlight the reality star's famous curves and the judo-inspired shape is signature Marant.

Her outing comes after she chose yet another daring look to dine in Paris on Monday night.

The brunette beauty displayed plenty of her famous cleavage as she arrived for dinner at Ferdi restaurant in the city, looking every inch her usual flashy self.

The social media-savvy star shared a very pouty snap of the two of them enjoying their meal together, while revealing she is in the French capital - her home away from home - for pregnancy wardrobe fittings.

She divulged: 'Only in Paris a short time but who else will eat all of my favorite foods with me then have pregnancy wardrobe fittings!!!! @olivier_rousteing of course!!!!! #Balmain.'

After their dinner, Kim was seen heading back to her hotel, no doubt keen for a touch of shut-eye before her next busy day begins.

Displaying plenty of cleavage as she meandered through the terminal, the TV star slipped into a skintight black midi-skirt and a low-cut, button-down vest for her transatlantic journey from Los Angeles.

Kim has previously been open about her struggles with morning sickness, sharing her difficulties on Twitter.

So it's no surprise that on Sunday the superstar shared the good news that she had finally found a morning sickness cure, as prescribed by her doctor.

And it seemed to be working, as mom-to-be stepped out to board her private jet in Burbank, California, while making her way to Paris.

Wearing the same all-black outfit, the reality star - currently five months pregnant with her second child, a son - donned a plunging black dress with button embellishments, which hugged her curves.

The skintight number highlighted the star's growing baby bump, and she coupled it with a flowing black jacket.

She finished off the look with a pair of strappy black heels, and hid her eyes behind a pair of futuristic black sunglasses.

Kim wore her long, raven tresses in a center part, and styled straight for the outing, and opted to keep her accessories simple.

The fan-friendly star made time to stop and sign autographs as she headed to her jet, as a large group of young fans stood by with copies of her recent Rolling Stone cover. 

The mother showed off flawless make-up as usual, with thick eyeliner and pearlescent gloss - that were put on display in an eye-popping selfie.

The following day she took to Instagram to promote what she considers a miracle cure for her morning sickness.

Kim has previously discussed her struggles with morning sickness on Twitter, posting on June 2: 'So f****** sick today on all levels!!!!! UGHHHHHHHHH I can't deal!!!!!!!!!! Praying I get through the day!'

Speaking with Us Weekly, the soon-to-be mother-of-two also said: 'To be honest, I've had really bad morning sickness, day sickness, night sickness. I can barely get out of bed.'

However, it seems her doctor has recommended a product that has finally done the trick. On Sunday she posted to Instagram: 'OMG. Have you heard about this? As you guys know my #morningsickness has been pretty bad.'  

'I tried changing things about my lifestyle, like my diet, but nothing helped, so I talked to my doctor.

'He prescribed me #Diclegis, I felt a lot better and most importantly, it’s been studied and there was no increased risk to the baby.'  

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star continued: 'I’m so excited and happy with my results that I’m partnering with Duchesnay USA to raise awareness about treating morning sickness.'

Kim also revealed last week that she has gained 20lbs over the course of her five-month pregnancy to date.

She admitted that she was pleased to read rumours she wasn't actually expecting, because she looked too slim.

'I secretly loved the rumors I was faking my pregnancy bc I was so skinny! LOL Well can't hide it now!' she joked, adding: '5 month (20weeks) and 20lbs up.'  

Kim announced in May that she and husband of one year Kanye West are expecting their second child, and confirmed on Father's Day that they will be welcoming a baby boy.

The happy couple are already parents to two-year-old daughter North. 

This time around, Kim is making an effort to stay fit and healthy during her pregnancy, and has enlisted the help of a nutritionist.

'The last pregnancy, I ate a donut every single day, I'm not doing that this time,' she told Us Weekly.

Kim has also been working out on a regular basis, and earlier this week told fans that she had been for a 'morning jog', after walking three miles and doing 100 squats the previous day.
