Just so sweet! Josh Duhamel posts cute snap of toddler Axl with ice cream all over his face

Fergie's husband Josh Duhamel has shared a sweet new snap of their adorable little boy Axl.

On Monday, the actor posted an Instagram picture of the 23-month-old wearing his ice cream all over his adorable face as he clutched a cone.

The blue-eyed blonde looked very serious about the task in hand.

Aside from the ice cream, Axl wore a black baseball cap on backwards, a grey T-shirt and a bandana in khaki camouflage colours wrapped around his neck, which also acted as a bib.

Josh jokingly captioned the snap: 'Do I have something on my face?'

Axl and his 42-year-old dad have been spotted hanging out together a lot recently.

On Friday the Transformers star took the tot to play in a park in Brentwood, California. Three days earlier proud papa strapped Axl safely into his bike seat and pedalled to Brentwood for lunch.  

It appears the actor has taken over parenting duties since he recently completed filming on 2016's Beyond Deceit, co-starring Al Pacino and Anthony Hopkins.

In addition to this Josh's TV series, Battle Creek, was cancelled by CBS in the spring, giving him a bit of down-time before his next project.

The break also gives Fergie, 40, his wife of six years, time to put the finishing touches on her second solo album.

The Black-Eyed Peas singer released a single from the album, L.A. Love (La La), in September and more recently revealed she was in the final stages of production.
