'I'm not planning on having any more kids': Nicole Richie, 33, reveals two children are enough with husband Joel Madden

She already has two children with husband Joel Madden.

And Nicole Richie is not expecting to add to the brood, she told Marc Malkin during a sit down with E! on Monday.

'I am not planning on any more [kids], but you never know,' said the 33-year-old Candidly Nicole star. 'I don't wanna say I don't want them and then they come and I feel bad.'

She then added what she loved most about her life was 'my family.' 

In 2008 she welcomes daughter Harlow Madden, who is now seven years old. And in 2009 she had son Sparrow Madden, who will turn six years old in September.

Nicole may not want more children because she has so much going on with her clothing line House Of Harlow and TV show Candidly Nicole.

The LA native also said that she didn't think she could do a Simple Life follow up.

'I don't know that I could think of doing it again and with anybody else. It was fun to do in my 20s. I was 20 or 21 when I started it and it was like the best time ever,' she said.

Candidly Nicole's second season premieres July 29 on VH1.

On Monday E! also reported Nicole had a girls dinner with sister-in-law Cameron Diaz, 42 (who is wed to Joel's twin brother Benji) as well as Drew Barrymore, 40, and Gwyneth Paltrow, 42.

They dined at Cassia restaurant on Sunday evening in Santa Monica.

Nicole Richie showed up at the MTV premiere of Candidly Nicole at her House of Harlow 1960 pop-up shop in Los Angeles Tuesday and proved a vibrant pair of wide-leg pants always steals the show.

Here, she is wearing her label's Jagger burnt sunrise wide-leg pants and pairs the look with a simple lace body suit, black strappy sandals and a gold armband. Just right. While the girls arrived casually dressed, a source reported to the entertainment website that Drew pulled out all the stops with her attire. 

The insider shared that the E.T. star was 'a bit more done up and looked amazing.'

The source added, 'They seemed really happy to be together. They were laughing, joking and even took a selfie.'

The women were clearly thrilled to be catching up, as the source added to E! that were was 'a lot of hugging' over the course of the evening. 

This is not the first time the girls have enjoyed time catching up over dinner together, as they were also photographed earlier in February at Katsuya restaurant in Studio City.

On Sunday, however, there was no doubt plenty for the girls to catch up over.

In addition to managing her cosmetics company Flower Beauty, Drew will be releasing her second memoir Wildflower, which will hit bookshelves and tablets on October 27.

Gwyneth, meanwhile, runs the successful lifestyle website and blog Goop, and will also appear in the upcoming biopic 33 días.

Meanwhile, Nicole and her husband Joel Madden was recently photographed grabbing dinner with with Cameron and Benji Madden, who recently tied the knot.

The couples were also seen enjoying the LA night life earlier in March.  

It's been smooth sailing for Cameron and Benji since they tied the knot on January 5 in an intimate ceremony at Cameron's Beverly Hills home.

'We couldn't be happier to begin our new journey together surrounded by our closest family and friends,' Cameron and Benji told People in a joint statement following the nuptials.

The two spent their honeymoon cosying up in Jackson Hole, Wyoming's Shooting Star resort. 

Cameron - who previously dated Jared Leto and Justin Timberlake - began her romance with Benji in early 2014 and was seen wearing a sparkling ring on her engagement finger later that year.
