After nearly a year and a half together, Charlize recently split up with actor Sean Penn.
The couple had known each other for decades before dating, remaining just friends.
And in December of 2014 they had secretly gotten engaged in Paris.
Although they're not together romantically anymore, the two have been working together on the upcoming film The Last Face with Penn directing and Theron starring.
Most recently, Charlize has been enjoying the success of her starring role as Imperator Furiosa in Mad Max: Fury Road.
And after the reboot of the 1980s film trilogy won over audiences and critics, director George Miller announced more new installments to come.
A title for the following film in the saga has been released - Mad Max: The Wasteland - but no details have been revealed; however, stars Charlize and Tom Hardy are attached to the film.
