Wild thing! Robbie Williams proudly shows off his Rock DJ tiger motif underpants yet AGAIN as he purrr-forms in Switzerland

He first sported his now-famous Rock DJ underpants when he released the number one single back in 2000.

And it seems Robbie Williams has developed some sort of emotional attachment to the tiger-motif Y-fronts as he pulled out his favourite pair of pants yet again while performing on stage at Paléo Festival in Nyon, Switzerland, on Tuesday night.

This comes after the 41-year-old singer was pictured relaxing in the same set of underwear - now 15 years old - while on a family holiday in Italy last week.

Hear him ROAR! Robbie Williams appears to have formed some sort of emotional attachment to the tiger-motif Y-fronts he first wore in the Rock DJ video back in 2000 (R)

The father-of-two appeared to be experimenting with his on-stage style as he sported a plain black traditional Scottish kilt which he wore with a chest-exposing black vest top and a matching buttoned waistcoat for his Swiss appearance.

With his bleached-blond hair styled into his signature mohawk and his tattoo sleeves on full display, Robbie gave an affirmative nod to his inner rock god.

Festival-goers got more than they bargained for as they witnessed the former Take That singer unashamedly whip up his knee-length skirt to reveal the pants underneath.

Robbie bounced around the stage, flashing his wild-cat-covered crotch to the unsuspecting audience as he belted out Rock DJ.

He appeared to be in his element, acting as his characteristically-rowdy self and proving he's still capable of entertaining people 25 years after he first burst onto the music scene with 1990s boyband Take That.

In addition to the all-singing-and-all-dancing display, Robbie showed his gentler side as he picked up an acoustic guitar for a slower segment of the gig.

Robbie was joined on stage by his father Peter for a sweet duet which saw the singer provide the backing track and vocals while his dad crooned along.

His fleeting visit to Switzerland follows a recent family holiday with wife Ayda Field and their two children - daughter Theodora Rose, two, and nine-month-old son Charlton Valentine - to Rome, Italy.

There, Robbie was spotted sauntering around the pool in his infamous black tiger-printed pants as he sipped on a beer.

The Rock DJ music video, directed by Vaughan Arnell, was extremely controversial due to its explicit content.

The video began with Robbie dancing at a roller disco with girls skating around him before stripping off to grab the female DJ's attention.

When his bizarre choice of underwear did not work, he started stripping off his skin, muscles and organs until only a skeleton was left.
