Perhaps the only thing more provocative than Kim Kardashian's fashion sense is her maternity wear.

The pregnant 34-year-old was spotted on Tuesday in another skintight dress as she ran business errands and headed to a studio in Los Angeles.

Kim's baby bump appears to be popping a bit more each day and it was on full display in the grey garment.

The soon-to-be mother of two also was certain to flash her cleavage as she wore her hair dark locks in flowing waves over her shoulders.

Completing her attire was yet another ankle length coat, something that seems to be a favourite in her maternity wear of late.

Kim strutted in suede lace-up heels in a shade of tan and accessorised with her favourite name-plate necklace.

That same day she posted a snap to Instagram with the caption 'Today' and a shout out to her make-up artist and stylist.

Not photographed on the outing were Kim's husband Kanye West - with whom she is expecting a boy in December - or their two-year-old daughter North.

Kim was revealed in a new commercial for Hype Energy drink on Tuesday and channels several of history's most iconic women.

In the two-minute clip posted in full on YouTube, the reality star is seen emulating Audrey Hepburn, Marie Antoinette and Barbarella.

The styling for the film was done by Rushka Bergman, who styled the star for L’Uomo Vogue

Kim said of the collaboration at the launch of the commercial in Nashville in June: ‘She had this cool concept of me being iconic characters like Audrey Hepburn, and so we made this little commercial.’

Her favourite look was the Marie Antoinette character – the reason Kim was no doubt standing so still was because her garments were actually from the era.

She said: ‘We had authentic clothes from hundreds of years ago. They were so delicate and we had to be so careful putting them on. It was so fascinating seeing the fashion behind it.’

Meanwhile, on Monday the TV star took to Twitter to congratulate sister Khloe on her sexy spread in Complex magazine.

Kim posted: 'Khloe was always so hesitant about doing a sexy shoot just out of fear but she conquered her fears & went for it!!! I'm so proud of her!!
