Say You'll Be There! Mel B glows in aquatic theme dress as she talks of gathering 'the troops' for Spice Girls 20th anniversary on Today show
Mel B is known these days as the sassy judge on America's Got Talent, but the British beauty hasn't forgotten her 'girls.'
The 40-year-old entertainer alluded to a possible reunion with her pals as the Spice Girls celebrates the group's 20th anniversary while co-hosting the Today show on Thursday.
Mel B looked bright in a dark A-line frock patterned with glowing deep sea creatures that boasted purple, pink, coral and green while proclaiming her wish that they 'do something to celebrate.'

Be a budding beauty with Mel's Stella McCartney dress
Melanie Brown has come a long way since her Scary Spice days.
The wild hair has been tamed into a sleek bob, the singing has been replaced with talent judging, and even those leopard print catsuits have been exchanged for a very different kind of print - the psychedelic floral kind that is.
We are, of course, talking about this gorgeous Stella McCartney design she wore for a Today Show appearance. We love the vibrant 'Garden' print, a key motif of the Pre-Fall '15 collection, which is encompassed in this unfussy shift shape.
A gorgeous statement dress like this will look great paired with simple pumps and a box clutch. So if you've got a big event coming up, why not click (right) to snap up Mel B's exact dress over at FarFetch?
Or, for more affordable styles, head to our edit below. We've rounded up the hottest alternatives from the likes of River Island, ASOS and more.
The singer expertly matched the dark and bright creation with pointy purple heels and lavender-hued nail polish.
Mel B - whose real name is Melanie Brown - was Scary Spice in the all-female group that also featured Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton, Melanie Chisholm and Geri Halliwell.
'I got so many great memories,' Mel said of those days gone by. 'I toured the world with four of my best friends. Even today we all kind of support each other.'
Spicing up her life: The 40-year-old British beauty spoke of her plan to 'gather the troops' to celebrate the Spice Girls' 20th anniversary
Show stopper: Mel B was glad to lend her talent on the morning show where she gushed about her 'four best friends' Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton, Melanie Chisholm and Geri Halliwell
'I got so many great memories': Mel - whose nickname was Scary Spice - said that she and the girls continue to 'support each other'
Do it: The star seemed hopeful of a Spice Girls get-together, adding: 'Hopefully we'll gather the troups around and we'll get to do something to celebrate it this year'
It's hard for even Mel to believe the Spice Girls is 20 years old - the English pop group formed in 1995 and released such hits as Say You'll Be There, Wannabe and Spice Up Your Life.
'When you say it's our 20th anniversary, it makes you think oh gosh it really has been that long,' Mel said, adding: 'Hopefully we'll gather the troups around and we'll get to do something to celebrate it this year
'Well, it's in my plan. I don't know if it's in anybody else's. Everyone has taken their own path in certain areas of the entertainment world. We like each other and I think that's the most important part.
Pop stars: Mel B and the rest of her all-girl clan, L to R, Melanie Chisholm, Geri Halliwell, Victoria (Adams) Beckham and Emma Bunton put out such hits as Wannabe and Say You'll Be There
Two sides to Mel: Her dress featured a pattern of floating underwater life all lit up while the back of the dress was solid black
Fast track: The singer left the Today show for another appearance at the Empire State Building
If Mel B seemed giddy, it might have been due to the fact that this year marks America's Got Talent's 10th year although she's only been on the show for three of them.
'I just love being part of that show,' said Mel, who is mid-way through the season's duties.
Describing the best part of her job, she added: 'My personal favourite is when they come on stage and they're absolutely not good at all.. they're delusional... that's funny to me.'
After her co-hosting gig was done, Mel traded the stylish dress and purple heels for trendy, torn white jeans and green pattnered top for an appearance on top of the Empire State Building.
Mel brandished a smile as she posed beside a coin-operated viewing machine on the building's world-famous observation deck.
