The 21-year-old star could be seen performing good deeds in a sneak peek clip from Knock Knock Live released on Tuesday.

In the video, the pop singer makes a surprise visit to a church to meet hard-working father Nikia and his son Noah, who has down syndrome.

As the name of the new Fox show suggests, the new Ryan Seacrest hosted show surprises unsuspecting American families with a live camera crew and a chance to win a massive amount of money.

Bieber prefaces the visit by explaining what is going on as he says: 'I'm actually here to see my boy Nikia and his son, Noah.

Surprise: Justin knocks on the door to a church and is greeted by surprised hard-working father Nikia

'His son actually has down syndrome and I'm kinda just here to give them some love and hopefully be able to bless them.'

Justin gives a knock on the door by the alter as the dad is surprised to see the popular singer, Nikia welcomes him in as churchgoers cheer.

After the emotional surprise and meeting the adorable youngster, Justin says he would like to see Noah rap with his father.

Obviously the performance had an effect on Justin as he said: 'For me being able to just witness that, it almost brought tears to my eyes.'

The clip ends as the Beauty And The Beat singer is about to give Nikia a present and prefaces it by saying: 'It's so amazing what you're doing for this little guy, you're raising so much awareness for kids like this and I actually have something for you...'

Bieber wasn't finished with the good deeds at that point as another sneak peek was released of him surprising a young fan.

The beginning of the short video shows the musician picking up teenage fan Ashley who is dressed in a bright pink gown.

Little does the teenage girl know Justin is surprising her with a Quinceanera, which is a special celebration of a young woman's 15th birthday in Latin American culture.

Date night: A second sneak peek was released of Justin picking up one of his young fans who is dressed in a pink gown

Special day: The teenager, Ashley, is unsure of why she is there with the pop star but the big reveal is that he is throwing her a Quinceanera, which is a special celebration of a young woman's 15th birthday in Latin American culture

Before the big surprise, Justin stands outside of a building and explains to Ashley: 'So last year I know it was really tough for you. You missed a lot of fun things. I know you missed your Quinceanera, so I want you to have an awesome time tonight. Let's go inside, let's check it out.'

Perhaps sensing the celebration to come, Ashley's face lights up as she says: 'Oh my gosh this is awesome.'

The second episode of Knock Knock Live featuring Justin Bieber could be seen Tuesday night at 9pm on Fox.
