Supermodel Heidi Klum has been enjoying a sunshine break in Sardinia to mark her boyfriend Vito Schnabel's 29th birthday and their romance appears to be going from strength to strength.

Heidi lay on top of her man in a very passionate display as they kissed and cuddled with the stunner flaunting her incredible bikini body on Thursday.

Dressed in a colourful crocheted bikini, the stunner showed off her long limbs and developing tan as she treated the beach as her very own catwalk.

The loved-up couple sat beside a blue beach holdall as they made the most out of their time together in the sunshine.

Vito and Heidi have been inseparable since they were first linked in March last year.
