She's a self-confessed animal lover and has previously spoken of her reluctance to leave his side.

Amanda, 29, flashed her perfect pins in a pair of navy tailored shorts which she teamed with a loose-fitting off-white blouse.

The award-winning screen siren wore the smart collarless top hanging over her shorts for a more casual and comfortable look.

Amanda made sure to strike a balance between style and comfort by slipping on a pair of printed lace-up trainers.

With her thick dirty blonde hair styled in a middle parting and left loose, it blew lightly in the wind.

A pair of printed and blue-mirrored shades protected her face from the sun's rays and the flashbulbs.

Amanda held a brown satchel-style handbag and Finn's lead in one hand and her phone and a bottle of water in the other.

Finn appeared to be on his best behaviour and obediently stayed by his owner's side as they crossed the road.

Amanda may be forced to spend time away from Finn when her packed-out movie schedule gets under way.

She is set to star alongside John Goodman and Olivia Wilde in romantic comedy Love the Coopers which is scheduled for release in November 2015 and has additional roles lined up in Gary Oldman's Flying Horse and road trip flick, Young Americans.

In May, Amanda opened up about her reluctance to be away from Finn in an interview with Vogue, admitting: 'I just don't want to leave him anymore.

'Maybe it's because I'm subconsciously aware of his mortality. I try not to think about it, but somewhere inside of me, I'm like, "He's going to die way sooner than all the rest of the people I know!"'
