But reality star Khloé looked slimmer than ever in a figure-hugging black ensemble as she posed for an Instagram snap for Popsugar on Wednesday.

Showing off her slender legs and nipped-in waist, the 31-year-old looked a shadow of her former self, no doubt the result of her recently increased workouts.

The fashionista, who is currently promoting her new children's wear range in Australia, slipped into a form-fitting black top with a plunging neckline and long sleeves that did much to accentuate her trim physique.

She paired the number, that also featured a knot at the bust and a belt that sat low on her waist, with a tight pair of trousers and wore her newly lightened honey locks to one side in a wavy style.

Khloe's social media pages have been flooded with images of the blonde stunner working up a sweat at the gym of late and the results were clear to see in her cover shoot for Complex magazine.

Opening up in the accompanying interview, she revealed she would call herself the 'fat funny one' before anyone else could.

She explained: 'I never looked at myself as the fat sister. Sometimes I would beat people to the punch and say, "Oh I'm the fat, funny one," because that's what people would say about me.

'But I never really thought that. Looking back, I do believe I was unhealthy, but at the time I really thought that that was as skinny as I was going to get.

'You know, everyone's like, "You're big boned." I have childbearing hips. You're like, "No, you could still lose some weight."'

The bubbly Kardashian has trimmed down by hitting the gym on an almost daily over the last couple of months, but she was recently forced to defend another, less noticeable part of her anatomy on Twitter.

'For those of you commenting about how my knee looks funny.... I have had three major knee surgeries,' she wrote.

'One was reconstructed due to a car accident when I was 16. So yes, my knee will always look funny but I'm healthy.'

Explaining just how hard she has been working out of late, Khloe told the Hamish And Andy show on Thursday: 'Squats and stairs and lunges are like my best friends'.
