As a former Pussycat Doll, she knows a thing or two about the glamorous life.
But taking a break from the hair, make-up and heels, Ashley Roberts cut a dressed down figure on Friday morning as she worked up a sweat in gym gear.
Proving that a day can make a big difference, the 33-year-old's fresh faced appearance came just hours after her stunning showing at the Diet Coke x J.W.Anderson party the previous night.

Pictured leaving the gym, Ashley rocked a grey Nike hoodie with a pair of monochrome leggings.
Trading her heels for a pair of trainers, the blonde kept her newly cropped hairstyle under wraps as she journeyed down the street.
Clutching onto her smartphone, the former I'm A Celebrity contestant tuned out the world with headphones as she listened to music.

The night before Ashley smouldered as she made an appearance at Shoreditch's Village Underground for the Diet Coke x J.W.Anderson collaboration launch party.
Cutting a sultry figure for photographers, Roberts flashed her abs in a checked white crop top and sheer form-fitted lace midi skirt.
Adding a splash of colour to the ensemble, the singer coated her pout with scarlet lipstick as she shoulder-robed a leather jacket and donned heeled ankle boots.

Roberts was among 200 specially invited guests at the exclusive launch party for the Diet Coke J.W.Anderson collection where the London based designer unveiled the new bottle designs.
Speaking about his inspiration behind the designs, Anderson said: I was inspired by the Vesuvio graphic in my 2015 autumn/winter collection and thought it would be cool if we could make this knitwear design come to life on the bottle through photography.
'I'm constantly looking for new challenges and Diet Coke enabled me to raise the bar and bring a different approach to the design of its iconic bottle.'
