The half-naked chef! Shirtless Gordon Ramsay shows off his muscles as he strips out of his cycling gear as he continues his gruelling training regime

He may have completed a gruelling half-Ironman challenge last month - but Gordon Ramsay doesn't appear to have let up on his training regime.

The TV chef was spotted proudly displayed his chest before squeezing into a tight cycling suit on the Malibu coast of California on Wednesday.

Donning accessories including bright reflective sunglasses and a headband, the 48-year-old fitness fanatic was also seen running along the waterfront.

Last month, Gordon and his wife Tana both completed a half-Ironman in Staffordshire, in England's West Midlands, to raise money for the Gordon Ramsay Foundation.

The pair were seen hugging and kissing at the finish line, after finishing a 1.2-mile swim, 56-mile cycle and 13.1-mile run.

And it's not just Gordon's wife who likes to keep in shape - as recent snaps of the chef with his son Jack showed.

In an Instagram photo taken from his Los Angeles home, Gordon posed in identical gear to his 16-year-old - and the pair looked more alike than ever.

Both sporting sleeveless blue vests as they crossed their arms over their chests, the Hell's Kitchen star and his son showed off the fruits of their labour in the gym.

Former professional footballer Gordon captioned the image: 'Somebody's catching me up...'

The healthy father-son duo both completed a triathlon together earlier this month.

The uncanny resemblances between the Scottish chef and his son don't end at looks or pastimes either.

Following in his father's footsteps, Jack has developed a close-friendship with one of the Beckham family, Brooklyn, 16.

While Gordon and Beckham patriarch David are close friends, their sons are also best pals.

The Ramsays are currently in LA while youngest daughter Matilda launches her own TV project.

The 13-year-old foodie, known as Tilly, will showcase her culinary skills in brand new CBBC series Matilda & the Ramsay Bunch, cooking simple, fun recipes like burritos and cupcakes in the kitchen of their holiday home in the US.

Gordon, who is famed for his short temper and potty mouth, insists his mini-me won't be swearing in the new show, telling the Daily Mail, '[My children] know I’ve said bad words. I say it is an industry language. They don’t swear. They don’t walk around shouting the f-word.'
