She's just returned from the holiday of a lifetime, after indulging in a romantic break on a luxury yacht in the South of France.

But it was back to reality for Nina Dobrev on Wednesday, as she took a laidback stroll in West Hollywood with a female friend.

The 26-year-old actress showed off her Riviera tan in an all-black ensemble as she grabbed a refreshing juice from the Alfred Coffee & Kitchen.

Although she spent much of last week kicking back in skimpy swimwear, the Vampire Diaries star opted for a more covered up look for her stroll for her return to Los Angeles.

Nina flashed a hint of her bronzed skin as she teamed a low-cut black vest and skinny jeans with a chic tailored blazer.

The pretty brunette toted her belongings in a tiny patterned shoulder bag, and accessorised with a pair of gold circular sunglasses.

The former Twilight star wore a comfortable pair of black ballet shoes as she enjoyed a catch up with her pal.

Nina's blonde friend wore a black strap top tucked into a long floral skirt, and her locks swept up into a chic topknot.

After spending much of her lavish St Tropez break with new boyfriend Austin Stowell, Nina seemed to be enjoying a bit of girl time and looked happy and relaxed on her day out.

But the star's break in the South of France wasn't all about new love Austin.

Nina also found time to have fun with her female friends, as she was seen posing to perfection on a yacht with her stunning group of chums.

She was pictured attending the event with actress Michelle Rodriguez and film producer Mohammed Al Turki, as the group stunned in a shot taken at the prestigious bash.

Fast and Furious actress Michelle wore an incredibly sheer black dress that showed off her enviable figure, as the revealing piece clung to her fabulous body in all the right places.
