New BFFs Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and Rita Ora cement their X Factor friendship with adorable Boot Camp snap
Year after year, rumours of an X Factor rift have hit the headlines - namely down to wardrobe rivalry.
But this time, female judges Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and Rita Ora seemed to have forged the closest of friendships, if their new behind the scenes snap is anything to go by.
Cheryl, 32, and 24-year-old Rita proved the strength of their newly-fledged bond at Boot Camp as they smiled down the lens after having their hair styled.

While Rita was seen sporting long extensions - a departure from her usual blonde pixie crop - the more mature musician, Cheryl, looked sophisticated with her tresses in an up-do.
Former Girls Aloud star Cheryl hugged her counterpart around the waist, proving to be the more petite of the two as Rita rested her head on top of Cheryl's.
Regardless, Rita has already ruled out a battle with 'hot' Cheryl, saying she'd rather they support each other.
Speaking to The Sun, Rita explained: 'That's not something I'm focused on. Anyway, I think that will be looked at differently now. You see female popstars supporting each other more.
'Plus, I had only met Cheryl once before. But she is very hot and pretty.'

Nail the Seventies trend with wide-leg jeans like Rita's Marni pair
Rita Ora isn't afraid to do things differently when it comes to her outfits, which is why we weren't surprised to see her take to the X Factor red-carpet in some super-size, statement flared jeans and a matching crop-top. Expect plenty more where this came from... we suspect Rita's only just getting warmed up.
The singer is known for having her finger right on the pulse of the latest trends. This time, she's used her wide-leg jeans to give a nod to this season's obsession with the Seventies.
In fact, her outfit hails from Marni's pre Spring/Summer '16 collection, showing that the Seventies trend ain't going anywhere anytime soon. So with that in mind, why not make like Rita and choose some flares - the era's most signature item - as a simple way to get involved with the trend? Just take your pick from our edit below.
The pop princesses have had their chart rivalries in the past, where Cheryl stole the record for the most UK Number 1s by a British female artist from Rita in November last year.
Rita is said to have fallen out with her ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris over Cheryl's previous number 1 Call My Name, too.
Rita was once quoted as saying that she'd been offered the chance to record the song but turned it down because 'it [wasn't] really me'
She continued: ‘I don’t want to go down the dance route that a lot of other pop stars are doing. I prefer to have my own sound an do my own thing.’

Later that week, Calvin tweeted to dispel the rumour, adding: ‘For the record, Call My Name was never given to Rita Ora to sing… she made that up, don’t know why.’
Meanwhile, competition in the fashion stakes has always interested the general public on the primetime ITV show.
In 2010, while Cheryl came under fire for her 'tacky' and 'skimpy' dresses, fellow judge Dannii Minogue was lauded for her 'edgy and fashion forward' fashion choices and hairstyles.
And even though not at the same time, Rita has previously modelled for Rimmel, while Cheryl has been the face of beauty brand L'Oreal.
No rivalry here: The beauties have both modelled for opposing beauty brands and even been up against each other in the charts
The show will benefit from a rivalised line-up in 2015, which also sees Nick Grimshaw join the singing competition as a judge.
Cheryl and Simon Cowell, who returned together last year, will resume their positions on the panel as the more experienced in coaching vocal talent.
Meanwhile, Olly Murs and Caroline Flack, formerly Xtra Factor presenters will take on the roles of co-hosts, replacing long-serving star Dermot O'Leary.
