They look more like sisters than stepmother and daughter.

While shopping for lingerie together at La Petite Coquette in New York City on Thursday, Hilaria Baldwin, 31, and her husband Alec's eldest daughter Ireland,19, appeared to be around the same age as they strolled side by side.

That may be because Hilaria - who gave birth to her son Rafael just one month ago - takes good care of herself with consistent yoga workouts and a very healthy diet, which she illustrates on her Instagram account.

Hilaria Baldwin and step daughter Ireland braved the stormy weather in New York City on Thursday, both casually dressed. That's save for the Louis Vuitton Montaigne BB we spotted on Hilaria.

Hilaria showed off her fit frame in an off-the-shoulder grey top and Daisy Duke shorts. She held onto a beige Louis Vuitton purse.

The 6ft2in Ireland, who towered over her stepmother, had on a back T-shirt and leggings.

Ireland later met up with model cousin Hailey Baldwin, 18, for a family breakfast, before the pair were caught in a sudden downpour. The pair laughed as they were caught in the storm with Ireland using her shopping bag to try to shield herself from the rain.

Also seen briefly was Alec, 57, in a black T-shirt and army green trousers.

Hilaria looked amazing after giving birth to baby son Rafael seven weeks ago.

She wed Ireland's father, 30 Rock actor Alec Baldwin, in 2012. The couple also have a daughter Carmen, who will turn two next month.

Ireland, whose mother is Alec's ex-wife Kim Basinger, looked healthy and happy on their outing, after leaving rehab in California two months ago.

Hailey wore a rocker-inspired colbalt blue mini-dress with stud detailing, and chunky black boots.

Despite the rain, Hailey kept her black sunglasses on as she clutched her cute leather handbag while crossing the street.

Ireland laughed and flashed a big smile as they ran for shelter.

Ireland has had a difficult year, breaking up with rapper girlfriend Angel Haze and entering a rehab facility to deal with 'emotional trauma' in April.

The tall beauty spent three weeks at Malibu's SOBA Recovery Center before checking out in May, although she continued to receive treatment.

Earlier Hilaria was seen alone with her daughter Carmen as she strolled her through Manhattan.

At one point the looker stopped by a pharmacy to pick up a few things.

She seemed to be in good spirits and a shoe-less Carmen looked happy with her ride.

Ireland appears to be thriving in New York City.

On Monday she looked like a knockout in a tight black dresses as she stopped by the Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation premiere in Times Square to support her father Alec.

Alec has a role in the action film opposite Tom Cruise and Ving Rames.

Cruise, 53, was seen posing with Ireland and Alec.

Also present was Hailey, who has been spending time with Justin Bieber lately.

Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation opens in the US on Friday.
