Salma may be all about the holistic products like many superstars, yet she's not one for a low-fat approach as part of her balanced diet plan and lifestyle.

She revealed she makes sure to obtain the nutritional value needed by supplementing other additives: 'This is very important, and I make a bone broth that you can look up on the Internet, it’s very good for all your health and it’s full of collagen, when you drink it, it’s like fat.'

Bone broths are said to be extraordinarily rich in protein, an excellent source of minerals as well as beneficial towards supporting good skin health.
