He may be on the outs with the family but when it comes to family friends of the Kardashians, Scott Disick is still in the fold.

The 32-year-old attended the wedding of Rob Kardashian's childhood pal J.J. Corsini on Friday afternoon.

While hanging out with someone you met through your ex might seem a little awkward, it gets even more awkward for these two as the groom once spent the night with Kourtney Kardashian.

Back in 2009 while Scott and Kourtney were once again split up, J.J. guest starred on an episode of Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami, partying with Kourtney before sleeping over.

Kourt claimed nothing had happened between the pair despite Khloe finding them in bed together, however, it seems Scott does not hold any grunge.

Posing with the groom somewhere in Santa Monica, California, on Friday Scott seemed generally happy to be spending the special day with J.J. and his bride Elizabeth Condon.

In the picture, the reality star has his arm around J.J. and captioned the snap: 'At my best friends wedding couldn't be happier for @jjcorsini.'

Whether Kourtney or Rob attended the nuptials is not clear.

Earlier on Friday, the 36-year-old was photographed with her sister Kendall Jenner also enjoying the Californian seaside, Kourt was not dressed for a wedding, however.

Rob, of course, is largely a recluse these days and even avoided sister Kim Kardashian's wedding last year.

J.J., a music manager, grew up with Rob and in the episode he appeared in - titled Kourt Gone Wild - Khloe described him as 'like a brother'.

Kourtney explained further on the episode: 'JJ. is my brother Rob's best friend, who we've known for, like, our entire lives. And I love J.J. He's so funny. He's witty, he's smart. He's just fun to be around.

'And I think J.J.'s had a crush on me since he was born.'

Despite this rather awkward part of his ex and J.J.'s past, Scott seemed in good spirits on Friday, especially considering he is no doubt not in the right head space to be around a celebration of love.

Scott and Kourtney split at the star of this month after pictures emerged of Scott partying with an ex girlfriend coupled with reports he may be struggling with substance abuse issues.

The couple have been together on and off for nine years and share three children Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 7 months.

Trinidad James didn't make a song about gold for nothin', the Kardashian/Jenner clan love the metallic look - just look to Kendall Jenner's waist as a prime example.
