Chris Brown's baby mama Nia Guzman does not want him to visit daughter Royalty unless supervised
The mother of Chris Brown's baby daughter has filed legal documents to request he only gets supervised visitation rights.
On Sunday, TMZ revealed that Nia Guzman - the mother to Chris' one-year-old daughter, Royalty - is said to have stated she does not think the 26-year-old singer is responsible enough and wants him to have another adult present during visits.

Limited access: Chris Brown's baby mama Nia Guzman has reportedly filed to limit the singer to supervised custody of their daughter, Royalty (left in June)
The filing was just the latest blow in the ongoing legal issues between Chris and Nia, who conceived Royalty during a fling.
Chris has filed documents to establish his paternity, thereby allowing for joint custody of the child.
According to an earlier TMZ report, he refused a $10,000 per month child support agreement in July after being denied access to Royalty while she was visiting his mother, Joyce Hawkins.
Concerned: Nia, who conceived Royalty during a fling with Chris, has reportedly been concerned about Chris' responsibility and connections to crimes
No support: Although Chris agreed to $10,000 per month in child support, he refused to pay in July after Royalty was sent to his mother, Joyce Hawkins, when he expected to visit
Nia's attempt to retain full custody of Royalty and to limit Chris' access reportedly stems from her belief that Chris is too irresponsible to care for the child and that he and his friends all have substance-abuse issues.
The July 15 armed robbery of Chris' home - while he was out at a nightclub - also may have worried Nia.
Friends or acquaintances of Chris haven been rumoured to be the most likely culprits behind the home invasion.
Home invasion: One of Nia's concerns has been the July 15 robbery of Chris' house, an incident which reportedly has been linked to the singer's friends or colleagues
Members of the notorious Los Angeles-based gang, the Bloods, have also been implicated in the act.
'[Nia] thinks many of Chris' friends are gang members or gang-affiliated, and the robbery shows they've now turned on Chris,' a source told TMZ.
The hit singer's string of arrests for assault over the years - including a conviction for domestic abuse toward then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009 - have not increased Nia's confidence.
Happy daddy: In addition to acknowledging the girl on Instagram, Chris mentioned Royalty during the BET Awards at the end of June
Complicated history: Chris has a history of run-ins with the law, including a 2009 domestic abuse charge after he hit then-girlfriend Rihanna (above in 2008)
As for Chris, he has seemed ready to embrace the addition of a daughter to his life, mentioning Royalty in an acceptance speech at the BET Awards on June 28.
'A lot has changed in my life. A lot of mistakes, a lot of lessons learned. Best thing I'm most thankful for is my daughter,' Chris told the crowd at the Microsoft Theater.
Chris publicly confirmed he was Royalty's father with an Instagram post in April - his then-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, broke up with the singer because of it.
Legality: Before Nia filed the most recent documents, Chris had requested a paternity ruling to help resolve ongoing disputes
