She's been enjoying her young, free and single life since splitting from her long-term boyfriend Ricky Hil.

But it seems that Rita Ora might be ready to move on, as she got rather up close and personal with a handsome mystery man while on a well-earned break with pals in Ibiza on Sunday.

The 24-year-old star - who is taking a brief hiatus in-between filming for the upcoming series of The X Factor - looked relaxed as she sat outside a bar in the midst of a night out.

The singer and reality TV judge was joined by her stylist Kyle De'Volle, as well as unidentified female and male pals.

Rita and her male companion were in deep conversation, with Rita seemingly flirting as she spun her petite figure around to reveal her derriere under her tiny gold skirt.

As ever, the How We Do hitmaker was dressed to impress, sporting an eye-catching garment for her holiday night out.

Spotted partying in Ibiza, Rita looked glam wearing gold co-ords teamed with ankle boots and a red beret. Rita’s known for her eclectic dress sense and if there’s one thing she loves to accessorise her unique look with, it’s a statement hat.

She covered her enviable figure in a sleeveless gold crop top with a matching skater-style skirt and, as she turned around while sitting on the step below the baseball cap-wearing man, she appeared to hitch up the fabric.

Making a style statement, she teamed her glamorous and risque party ensemble with a bright red beret, her peroxide blonde locks worn loose and straight, down over her shoulders.

While Rita appeared quite flirtatious with her male pal, she is young, free and single since splitting from Ricky last month.

The X Factor's newest judge, 24, and Tommy Hilfiger's son, 25, ended things mutually as she focuses on her career in the UK.

A source close to the singer confirmed to MailOnline that the international popstar has been seeking support from close friends after they put an 'amicable' end to their one-year romance.

The source explained: 'Rita and Ricky have split for good this time. It is amicable between the two and they both made the decision to call it a day due to their work schedules.

'They've been on and off for a while. He's based in LA and she's based in London. Now that she's doing the X Factor and has her new album here, she will be here for the rest of the year. But he has commitments to his music career and fashion line overseas, too.'

And relax... It was a fun night out for Rita with some good pals before the madness of X Factor continues

A second source concurred, adding: 'Rita and Rich found it difficult to continue their relationship due to their ongoing work commitments.

'Rich is based in LA where he is working on his music and fashion line and Rita is in London working on X Factor and her music.'

'They both tried to make it work but their work schedules made it difficult. It has been an amicable split and they remain friends. '

'Rita has had her girlfriends rallying around her to support her. Her busy schedule with X Factor and finishing the new album has meant she has had to put her problems to one side and focus on work. It's been a welcome distraction.'

But she managed to make some time for a quick trip to Ibiza, where she appeared to be in high spirits, showing no sign of heartbreak over the end of the relationship.
