Gisele, wearing a two piece string bikini, is knee deep in aqua blue water in what appears to be a photo from one of their many Costa Rica getaways.

Three-year-old Vivian sits atop her shoulders, as the mother and daughter affectionately kiss Brady.

Brady, 38, has six-year-old son Benjamin on his shoulders as they both wear board shorts for the day in the sun.

Gisele, 35, captioned the shot: 'Happy birthday my love! We're so blessed to have you in our lives. Thank you for always giving us so much love. We love you! #love #family'.

Brady is currently in training camp with the New England Patriots, but is currently on a four game suspension for allegedly being involved in the deflation of footballs during the AFC championship game.

Gisele, meanwhile, came under fire last week after photos emerged of her donning a burqa in an unsuccessful attempt to evade the paparazzi as she checked into a famous plastic surgery clinic in Paris.

In the images, Bündchen and her younger sister, Rafaela, are pictured stepping out of a black Mercedes outside Clinique du Parc Monceau on July 15 dressed in the traditional Muslim wear.

Thanks to the head-to-toe black garment, the only features of the recently-retired supermodel that are visible are her feet. But her identity is given away by the presence of her longtime chauffeur.

Just a day before the driver dropped off the two women at the clinic, Bündchen - who reportedly got plastic surgery at the facility - was seen elsewhere in Paris with her chauffeur of at least five years.

The sisters also clearly did not do their research on the culture, as they are both seen wearing open-toed sandals in the photos, which some Muslim women consider inappropriate to wear in public.

Additionally, France has banned the wearing of burqas in public spaces since 2010.

The images were snapped on July 15 - two days before the end of the holy month of Ramadan.

Sources told the New York Post that after Bündchen and her younger sister, Rafaela, posed as devout Muslims to secretly enter the clinic, they both underwent overnight surgical procedures.

Bündchen allegedly had operations on her eyes and breasts, which she was concerned had 'sagged' following her two pregnancies, the Post reports.

The sources said the procedures cost Bündchen - who retired from the world of modelling earlier this year - a huge $11,000, and were meant as a 35th birthday and retirement present to herself.

Gisele, who is legendary in the modelling world, has amassed $47 million in the last year thanks to her lucrative campaigns for Chanel, Under Armour, Pantene, H&M, Carolina Herrera, and more.
