Iggy Azalea has revealed what many have suspected since May - she has had a nose job.

The 25-year-old rapper confirmed to Seventeen Magazine that she had rhinoplasty, as she posed up for a photo shoot.

Just as she had been candid about have a boob job back in March, the Trouble star said she had no intention to hide what her surgeon had done as that was 'lame'.

The Australian told the September issue of Seventeen: 'I'm not denying it. Denying it is lame.'

'I don't think you should be ashamed if you made a change to yourself, which is why I've spoken about the changes I've made, like with my breasts.'

Whispers about Iggy's changing facial appearance first started at the Billboard Music Awards in May, with many believing the star had not just undergone a rhinoplasty but also had undergone a procedure to change the shape of her jaw slightly.

The star made no mention of whether she had any other work besides her nose and breasts during the interview.

Iggy did say she did not plan to completely change herself: 'It's important to remember you can't change everything. You can never be perfect.'

The rapper, who has admitted to struggling with having body confidence previously, said getting plastic surgery was tough on her emotionally.

'Plastic surgery is an emotional journey. It's no easy feat to live with your flaws and accept yourself - and it's no easy feat to change yourself.

'Either way you look at it, it's a tough journey. There are things that I didn't like about myself that I changed through surgery. There are other things I dislike but I've learned to accept.'

The hitmaker told the magazine that plastic surgery was not an overnight decision: ''Your perception of yourself can change a lot over time, so I think it's important to wait and make sure it's the right choice.

'I read a lot about nose jobs online. Some women are really happy they got them, and some women changed their noses when they were younger, and when they got older they wished they didn't.'

Even if Iggy had not spoken about her nose job, her shoot with the magazine would have all but confirmed it as her thinner, straighter nose was very evident.

Now that she has been able to get the surgery she wants, Iggy can now focus on her wedding to NBA star Nick Young, who got down on one knee and proposed at his 30th birthday party on June 1.
