Shock split: Reba McEntire and husband announce separation after 26 years of marriage
Country superstar Reba McEntire and her husband and manager Narvel Blackstock have split after after 26 years of marriage.
The two have been separated for the past several months, they revealed in a joint statement.
The duo, who has worked together for 35 years, will continue to do so, the statement said. A representative declined to comment on whether they were planning to divorce.

A statement from Big Machine Label Group read: 'Despite this being the end of their marriage, they continue to support each other,'
'They have worked together for 35 years and will continue to do so. They have asked that you respect their privacy during this time.'
Reba, 60, was pictured in good spirits on Saturday night visiting Dolly Parton backstage at Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee.

The multiplatinum artist's career has spanned across music, television, film and theater. She remains one of country music's most popular artists.
Her latest album, Love Somebody, was released in April. Blackstock, 58, runs a management company that represents McEntire, Blake Shelton and Kelly Clarkson.
The couple has one son together, race car driver Shelby Blackstock.
Blackstock has three other children, including 38-year-old Brandon who is married to American Idol alum Clarkson.

McEntire has had 35 No. 1 singles and sold more than 56 million albums.
She also starred in her own self-titled sitcom Reba and has acted in multiple movies and Broadway show Annie Get Your Gun in 2001.
McEntire is in the midst of a residency with Brooks & Dunn at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
