More Bad Blood! Katy Perry started following 'Slutty Taylor Swift' on Instagram after 'shark attack' at 1989 concert

Sometimes the best insults are the subtle ones made without fanfare.

As the feud between Katy Perry and Taylor Swift rages on another jab was registered with the simple click of a follow button on social media.

Katy, 30, recently began following an Instagram account called sluttytaylorswift and it remains at the top of her 'following list' on the picture sharing site.

While the account actually has nothing to do with Taylor and appears to simply be a joke handle, Katy continues to follow it - clearly attracted by the name alone.

In addition, the Roar singer only follows 202 accounts with sluttytaylorswift sitting at the very top for the world to see.

Katy's social media activity comes directly after Taylor performed her hit Bad Blood in Foxborough, Massachusetts on Sunday.

While belting out the lyrics to the song reportedly written about Katy, Taylor made a mini diss when one of her backup dancers held up a stuffed shark puppet - referencing Perry's Super Bowl XLIX mascot Left Shark.

In the numerous fan-posted videos, Taylor can be seen letting out a little laugh when she notices a shark puppet peeking over her left shoulder.

Many audience members and fans at home interpreted the moment as a swipe towards Katy, who famously performed at the 2015 Super Bowl halftime show with two dancers dressed in shark costumes.

Still feuding? The 25-year-old country-pop crossover performed her chart topping hit Bad Blood during the latest stop in her 1989 tour and possibly took a jab at her 30-year-old frenemy

Taylor has yet to confirm or deny the shark attack but the timing is coincidental following the Twitter feud involving the Style singer and Nicki Minaj, which Katy just so happened to comment on recently.

Swift and Minaj exchanged rants via Twitter regarding the MTV Video Music Awards nominations on July 21, when the 32-year-old rapper expressed her frustrations after being snubbed in the Video of the Year category for not featuring 'slim bodies' in her Anaconda music video.

During the highly publicized feud, Katy jumped in with her own opinion regarding the matter: 'Finding it ironic to parade the put women against other women argument about as one unmeasurably capitalizes on the take down of a woman...'

Since the short-lived spat, Taylor has apologized to Nicki and made no reference to the Roar songbird's tweet.

In September 2014, Taylor told Rolling Stone that her Bad Blood single was written about a dissolved friendship with another 'female artist.'

Although she declined to name the other woman, the girlfriend of Calvin Harris did elaborate on how her frenemy crossed the line.

'She did something so horrible, I was like "Oh, we're just straight-up enemies." And it wasn't even about a guy,' Taylor said in the interview.

'She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour. She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me. So now I have to avoid her,' she continued.

Around that same time, Katy had reportedly tried to take a few backup dancers for her Prismatic world tour while the cast was still contracted under Taylor's Red tour.

'The dancers gave Taylor 30 days notice so that they could work for Katy,' a source explained.

Katy and Taylor also have another commonality. They both dated John Mayer, but Taylor dated him first in 2010 and Katy has been on-off again with John since 2012.

But Perry may have gotten the last laugh as her Super Bowl halftime performance garnered an Emmy nomination in the Outstanding Short-Format Live-Action Entertainment Program category.
