They will soon be starring on the same show together on a daily basis.

And when Tyra Banks and Chrissy Teigen took to the stage together on Tuesday for a discussion at the Television Critics Association panel on Tuesday, it was clear why as their chemistry was there for all to see.

The two women, smiled, laughed and joked, with Chrissy often dissolving into fits of laughter on the stage.

The wife of crooner John Legend gave suit chic a sexy twist, wearing a pair of pin stripe high waisted trousers with a bustier 50's style top in a similar dark hue.

She also wore a pair of strappy sandals with her outfit and had her hair in loose waves around her face.

Chrissy, 29, was on stage at the event held in the Beverly Hills Hotel to talk about their new daytime talk show FABLife.

Tyra seemed to get on with her co-star just as famously, pulling faces and enjoying the fact they were getting on so well.

Showing off her shorter hair do, she wore an 80's stye power suit which featured large shoulder pads and a plunging neckline.

Her feet were encased in a pair of pointed toe high heels.

Their other co-star on the daily talk show xxx was also in fits of giggles as they discussed the format.

Tyra, 41, told the audience at the Television Critics Association summer press tour she was just as amazed as everyone else she was going to be back on daytime TV: 'When the Tyra show ended, I said, "I'm done with talk."'

 She decided to step down from the program after five seasons because she felt she had so much going on with her America's Next Top Model commitments and taking business classes at Harvard. 

She said: 'It just wasn't a healthy thing for me.'

However, when she got the phone call from Lisa Hackner, who is the EVP for ABC's daytime and syndicated programming, she decided to come in a see what they had to offer.

Tyra knew Lisa from her days on the Tyra Banks show - she had worked for Telepictures Productions which produced the series. 

The model and presenter said FABLife: 'In that meeting, it was everything I have ever dreamed of.'
