But rocker Jamie Hince is refusing to remove his wedding ring despite the ongoing speculation of a split.

The Kills guitarist was seen stepping out of his hotel in Montreal, Canada this week wearing the simple gold band he received from the supermodel during their lavish 2011 nuptials.

The ring could clearly be seen as he carried his suit jacket as he headed to warm up for his show at the Osheaga festival.

He also sported a ring on a chain around his neck, believed to be a sentimental piece he regularly sports.

His appearance comes after he was seen cosying up to Victoria's Secret model Jessica Stam while in Los Angeles the week before.

The 46-year-old rocker was seen cuddling 29-year-old Jessica, who is 12 years younger than Kate, outside the Kibitz Room bar in West Hollywood.

Jamie appeared on very good terms with the Canadian model, who leaned in for a hug and was spotted stroking his cheek, following his band's sell-out concert at the El Rey Theatre.

He is currently touring the States with his band The Kills and met up with Jessica after a gig in Los Angeles.
