Kim Kardashian got straight into exploring the local delights and delicacies after arriving in New Orleans on Monday.

The pregnant 34-year-old shared some photos of her adventures on Instagram, including one which showed her wearing a mask.

But the mask certainly wasn't what most of Kim's fans would have been focusing on, as she was also showing off her extremely ample cleavage in a plunging black number.

'New Orleans nights,' the reality star captioned the black and white snapshot, in which she posed with a group of friends, including BFF Jonathan Cheban, who were also trying on items in the costume store.

Earlier in the day, Kim had indulged her pregnancy cravings and sampled some pastries at a local bakery.

Kim had chosen style over comfort as she caught her flight to New Orleans from LAX on Monday.

The star was pictured arriving at the airport dressed up in high-heels, a clingy low-cut dress and leather jacket.

She arrived with her entourage but her husband Kanye West and daughter North weren't along for the ride.

Kim was also showcasing the results of a new hair cut, which turned out to be more of a trim.

She had fans on edge in recent days after posting a selfie of her long tresses with the caption: 'Right before I cut my hair....'

However, the after frame showed barely an inch or two of difference.

Kim was cruelly criticised for her many of her maternity outfits while pregnant with North.

But this time around, she has found a look that she likes - and she's sticking to it.

So far she has favoured mostly tight, figure-hugging dressed with jackets.

She revealed last month that she has she has gained 20lbs during her pregnancy.

She wrote on Twitter on July 18: 'I secretly loved the rumors I was faking my pregnancy bc I was so skinny! LOL Well can't hide it now! 5 month (20weeks) and 20lbs up.'

Kim is making an effort to stay fit and healthy during her second pregnancy, and has enlisted the help of a nutritionist.
