She touched down in Japan earlier this week.

And Lena Dunham hasn't wasted any time sampling the local traditions, visiting a spa on Wednesday for a hot stone massage known as Ganban'yoku.

The 29-year-old Girls actress shared a snap of herself lying fully-clothed on a bed of warm rocks alongside two female friends, jokingly captioning the shot, 'stoners'.

Lena can be seen relaxing during her pampering session, wearing a bold patterned minidress cut to the top of her thighs.

The massage gradually heats up the body and is said to have a detoxification effect, working wonders for both the circulation and the skin.

Ahead of her spa day, Lena shared another picture of herself posing with two pals during her mystery Japanese trip.
