Another day, another day of sun, sea and paddle boarding for Michelle Rodriguez.

The actress not only proved her abilities as a sea-faring sportswoman as she hit the waves off the coast of Sardinia, Italy on Tuesday, but also her fantastic physique.

Cutting a youthful and impeccably athletic figure, the 37-year-old looked to be having a whale of a time as she continued her idyllic holiday.

Sun, sea, and paddle boarding: Michelle Rodriguez showed off her action-woman skills as she took to the waves off the coast of Sardinia, Italy on Tuesday

Wearing a simple black bikini, the Fast & Furious star revealed her pancake-flat abs, lean thighs and shapely arms while standing on the green paddle board.

The sculpted star was the picture of health and vitality, going without make-up on for her ocean jaunt, looking naturally gorgeous with her brunette locks soaked and hanging loose over her shoulders.

Without an extra ounce of fat on her body, the stunning star was able to easily navigate the water and switch positions on the small platform.

When it comes to swimwear, it seems Michelle Rodriguez likes to stay monochrome. After being spotted on numerous occasions wearing her white Melissa Odabash halterneck bikini, she's now switched to the other side of the color wheel and opted for a similar halterneck style in black.

While holidaying in Sardinia and trying out a bit of paddle boarding, Michelle opted for a sporty black bikini with halterneck top and hipster briefs, featuring a soft texture detail to the edges to give it a point of difference. While clearly a fan of having active fun while on holiday, she also made sure to chill out a bit, reclining on the paddle board, stretching out her limbs while continuing to soak up the sun.

She later hit the sandy beach, covering her bikini-clad top half with a matching black tank top.

To keep herself as safe as possible, she Michelle was also wearing a bandage on her knee, something she often does as she has no anterior cruciate ligament, meaning her kneecap can often move out of place.

Action woman: As one of the stars of the high-octane Fast & Furious films, Michelle has well and truly proved her worth as a sporty type

Using her strength: She's known for her love of fitness and keeping her body honed and toned, and she showed off her physical prowess jumping up and down on the paddle board

Time to chill: It wasn't all about the sport, though, as Michelle laid down on the green board to soak up the sun's rays

Shapely: Thanks to the relatively skimpy bikini, the gorgeous star showed of her trim legs and pert posterior when bending forward and leaning on the small floating platform

Relaxed: Michelle went make-up free and with her long locks worn down for her dip in the ocean

But the star - who is known for her brilliant all-action abilities in her high-octane movies - didn't seem fazed by the joint as she continued her relaxing paddle boarding session.

Michelle has been thoroughly enjoying her time in Europe, and has spent much of the past few months on the sunny shores of the Med.

Her trip with pals to Sardinia comes a few weeks after she was seen in St. Tropez, France on Leonardo DiCaprio's yacht, also partying with her friend Nina Dobrev.

In June, the jet-setting star soaked up the sights in Venice, Italy, after hitting the Cannes Film Festival just weeks earlier.

But it hasn't all been fun in the sun for the Hollywood star, who also spent time promoting the lastest film in the popular Fast & Furious franchise, as she is also set to appear on an upcoming episode of Running Wild With Bear Grylls.

Michelle's appearance is part of an eight-part season which sees Bear take eight entertainment and sports stars into the most remote and pristine locations around the world for a 48-hour journey of a lifetime.

Other celebrities who signed on for the challenge are Kate Winslet, Kate Hudson, James Marsden, Modern Family's Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Hangover star Ed Helms, Fantastic Four's Michael B. Jordan and quarterback Drew Brees.

This season the series will take viewers from the jungles of Panama and the far reaches of the Italian Alps to Colorado's Rocky Mountains and Utah's Red Rocks.
