It's tough being Lewis Hamilton right now. After he was pictured cosying up to singer Rihanna at a Barbados parade, the Formula One champion has revealed how he's making the most of his Caribbean holiday.
Hamilton, enjoying a mid-season break between races, posted a photo of himself and his two-year old bulldog Coco spening time paddle boarding on the Caribbean Island.
The 30-year-old was all smiles as he basked in the glorious sunshine with Coco, as he enjoyed some downtime after an eventual few days since arriving in Barbados.

Hamilton was in attendance at the annual Kadooment Day event, a celebration for the end of the sugar cane harvest which is traditionally marked with drinking, dancing and a party through the streets, in Barbados on Monday.
The F1 star was pictured close to Rihanna, sparking speculation the pair are dating, as well as dancing with a host of other women.
Hamilton, who recently took to social media to show off his new plaited hairstyle in preparation for the trip to Barbados, returns to the F1 grid in just over two weeks, travelling to Spa-Francorchamps for the Belgium Grand Prix on August 21-23.
He leads the Drivers' Championship by 21 points ahead of Nico Rosberg.
Hamilton will be eager to get back to his best as he looks to extend his lead after a horror show in the Hungarian Grand Prix on July 26.

Hamilton ended the race in sixth place having been on pole and admitted: 'I was all over the place. I really don't have any words to describe what happened.
‘It was a really bad performance from me, one of the worst in a long time. I don't know if it was a lack of concentration or what.'
Hamilton will be praying there is no repeat of last year's Belgium Grand Prix, after a collision with Mercedes team-mate Rosberg hampered his chances of securing a second F1 world title at the time.
