She might be British, but it looks like actress Imogen Poots has happily settled into New York City life.

The Need For Speed actress was spotted going relaxed and make-up free as she made her way to her local NYC gym on Tuesday.

The 26-year-old appeared to be in a world of her own as she listened to music on her headphones in the city's East Village district.

She showed off her enviably slim figure as she sported a pair of navy marl leggings with a striped, round-neck, nautical-inspired T-shirt for her workout.

She brightened up her gym look with a pair of blue trainers with bold pink laces, while a patterned canvas tote bag ensured her exercise essentials were close by.

A pair of cat-eye sunglasses shielded her eyes from the sun as she went fresh-faced for her jaunt, showing off her lovely complexion, clutching her red phone case in her hand.

The Hammersmith-born actress recently appeared in the trailer for She's Funny That Way, slated for a August 14 release in the UK.

She stars alongside Jennifer Aniston and Will Forte in the trailer, in which Jennifer's character Jane punches her on-screen boyfriend, played by Will, for going out for dinner with Imogen's character Izzy.

The Filth actress is also set to appear in Knight of Cups alongside Christian Bale and Natalie Portman, released in early 2016.

The film, set in LA, features Christian as a screenwriter who tries to make sense of the strange events occurring around him, with Imogen playing the character Della.
