She is bracing herself for the remake of Point Break in the hope that it will do as well as the 90's classic.

But casting aside her work concerns on Tuesday, Teresa Palmer made sure she enjoyed a relaxing afternoon with 18-month old Bodhi, strolling around the sun-dappled streets of West Hollywood.

As temperatures soared, the former Home and Away star, 29, was seen in a loose-fitting khaki shirt and denim skirt as she pushed her son in the stroller – her only child with actor Mark Webber.

The Adelaide-born star flashed her long pins in a pair of flat sandals while the distinctive circular sunglasses gave the ensemble a unique flourish.

Opting for minimal make-up, the flawless blonde was the epitome of relaxed cool meandering around in the sun.

For his part, Bodhi, tucked inside the stroller, kicked back as he merrily munched on a snack in the balmy heat.

Teresa will next be seen on the big screen in Point Break, originally starring the late Patrick Swayze in 1991.

The remake will recount the story of a string of bizarre bank robberies in Southern California, with the crooks donning masks of former presidents.

The group of robbers are charismatic surfers led by the charming blond surfer Bodhi.

Luke will play the iconic role of FBI agent Johnny Utah in the crime reboot which was originally played Keanu Reeves, while Teresa will play Johnny's love interest, Tyler Endicott.

Edgar Ramirez, who will play Patrick Swayze's Bodhi.

Originally scheduled for an August release, the much-anticipated remake is now expected to reach cinemas in December.
