He's always looking to make a grand entrance.

And EJ Johnson sure stood out as he and a friend arrived at The Ivy restaurant in West Hollywood, California on Tuesday.

The 23-year-old Rich Kids Of Beverly Hills star showed off his trendsetting style and impressive weightloss efforts by donning a chic summer ensemble to the LA hot spot.

The son of basketball legend Magic Johnson was clad in a collared white button-down shirt dress which he accessorised with a thin green leather belt.

The flowing blouse was left open from his waist-down, revealing his distressed denim shorts.

EJ also wore fancy footwear, going with a pair of voguish black gladiator sandals.

His eyes were concealed with oversized black cat-eye sunglasses, as a blue leather Hermes bag fell from his shoulder.

Meanwhile, the past few weeks saw the E! TV star joining his dad Magic and his best buddy Samuel L. Jackson on a Mediterranean vacation.

At $500K a week, the group chartered a deluxe yacht that took them from port to port, resulting at an estimated $3 million in total expenditures.

During the European getaway, EJ took to Instagram to share photos from the lavish yacht and the scenic stops they made along the way.

But the reality star was recently forced to return from vacation and get back to work.

In a photo posted on Saturday, the fashion blogger mentioned his return to filming E!’s Rich Kids Of Beverly Hills.

‘Vacations over now back to werk #richkids #teamthis,' he wrote with an image showing EJ and his co-stars filming for the show, the photo was captioned:

Last month, EJ revealed his dramatic weight loss on the finale of RKOBH.

'I feel that my confidence level has definitely gone up. And I'm, you know, a new bitch,' he said.

With the help of Pilates, a personal trainer and a no-carb policy, the star shed 180 pounds in six months following gastric bypass surgery.

'The surgery was definitely the best thing that ever happened to me,' the reality TV star said. 

'I never thought that I'd look this good, and that is the God's honest truth.'
