Prince Jackson steps out for lunch with friends as it's claimed his grandfather Joe's heart attacks were brought on by 'too much Viagra'

It's only been a week since Prince Jackson learned of his granddad's Joe's brush with death.

But the 18-year-old didn't appear to be too worried as he dined with friends in Calabasas on Wednesday with a big smile on his face.

The son of the late King of Pop was hanging out with friends at The Commons Mall in California shortly after it emerged Joe Jackson's multiple heart attacks were allegedly brought on by too much Viagra as he partied it up in Brazil.

Prince looked casual in old black trainers and black slacks, with a grey breast-pocketed T-shirt - almost the exact same outfit he wore to Disneyland 12 days ago.

Once again he wore the same medallion at his chest, and again wore his beloved Top Dawg Entertainment baseball cap.

After grabbing lunch at Johnny Rockets with his pals was escorted to his truck by his personal bodyguard.

According to a family source quoted by RadarOnline, 'the possibility of losing Joe right now is horrific'.

'Michael’s kids are simply not ready to handle another tragedy right now,' the insider allegedly said.

Joe suffered a stroke and three heart attacks after a night of partying with younger women in Brazil - amid claims that he took three Viagra pills.

The 87-year-old flew into the country two weeks ago for a pleasure trip set to include a $200,000-birthday blowout in his honor but ended up being rushed to hospital on the eve of the celebration.

Just hours after his arrival in the country, the Jackson patriarch was spotted dining with a group of ladies including a voluptuous – and much younger - woman at an upscale restaurant.

Two days later he hit the town once again with the attractive redhead and other women, and was said to have been out until the early hours.

He was 'feeling unwell' the following day - July 26 -, according to his representative, and was eventually taken to hospital for what turned to have been a stroke.

It was followed by multiple cardiac arrests – including one where his heart stopped for 10 seconds – that led doctors to fit him with a pacemaker.
