'Are you ready to party, Hoff Style?' Baywatch star David Hasselhoff appears in video for Australian music duo Peking Duk 

They were introduced at Stereosonic last year by Today Show co-host Karl Stefanovic, 40.

And now Australian music duo Adam Hyde and Reuben Styles of Peking Duk were introduced at Splendour In The Grass by none other than David 'The Hoff' Hasselhoff.

The 63-year-old American actor and funnyman appeared in a video played to festival-goers before the DJ's took to the stage in Byron Bay, last month.

The musicians shared the clip to their official Facebook page on Wednesday, captioning the post 'holy hell David Hasselhoff just joined peking duk (sic).'

In the video, David is seen perched on the bonnet of a luxury black sports car .

'Hi, it's The Hoff...And tonight, we are going to get Hoff, Hoff-style,' David begins.

'We're going to get so Hoff, we're going to go Peking Duk, we're going to go crazy. Hey, listen up guys, Peking Duk is coming on. Are you ready to party, Hoff Style?,' he says.

'Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome, [and] put your hands together for Peking Duk!'

In the video, David wears a leather jacket, sunglasses, a watch and a T-shirt which reads 'don't hassle the Hoff.'

Australian TV presenter Karl Stefanovic introduced the boys at last year's Stereosonic,

He told their fans: 'Now you should know by now that I love nothing more than getting absolutely Peking Duk to the music festival.'

'But aIas, I can't get Peking Duk this year, because of bloody work, anyway here we are.'

Peking Duk - who originate from Canberra - have enjoyed success in the industry and in 2014 took home an Aria Award for Best Dance Release for their track, High. 

The Say My Name artists have also just appeared at Lollapalooza festival in Chicago, America.

Last year, Adam spoke to The AU Review and discussed their appreciation for the festival crowd.

'They’re f**king crazy...you can go out to the front of the crowd, tell everyone to put their hands in the air and then jump into the crowd with a bottle of vodka,' he said.
