Looking better than ever! Tracy Morgan looks happy and healthy at baseball game with young daughter Maven... one year after near-fatal car crash

Tracy Morgan received a round of applause from the Yankeee Stadium crowd as he was spotted watching the game between the Boston Red Sox and the New York Yankees on Tuesday.

The actor proved he is truly on the mend following his life-threatening car crash in June last year as he attended the packed out baseball game held at the Yankee Stadium.

Joined by his fiancée Megan Wollover and his two-year-old daughter, Maven Morgan, the funny-man appeared to be in great spirits as he watched the action down below.

The 46-year-old star was only just pictured walking without a cane for the first time in July, following his horrific June 2014 collision on the New Jersey Turnpike.

Last month, he told People: 'I think I'm at 75 percent. I have my good days and I have my bad days … I just want to get better and become healthy.'

The 30 Rock star was a passenger in a Mercedes Sprinter bus involved in a six-vehicle crash.

A tractor-trailer operated by Walmart caused the chain reaction crash that left Tracy with critical injuries and killed comedian James McNair, 62, who also was in the vehicle.

The collision occured as Tracy and fellow comedians were returning from his Turn It Funny stand-up comedy tour.

As of November 2014, Tracy was still undergoing treatment for traumatic brain injury, including daily speech, cognitive, vocational and physical therapies.

The comedian later reported that he was in a coma for two weeks, and he has spent most of the past year recovering.

Tracy was only able to give his first post-accident interview on June 5, when he spoke to Matt Lauer on Today, 'I love comedy and I wonder how I'm gonna be funny again,' Tracy noted.

First finding stardom as a long-running cast member on Saturday Night Live, Tracy then co-starred on 30 Rock from 2006 to 2013.

He was nominated for an Outstanding Actor in a Supporting Role Emmy in 2009.

Morgan also told People his fiancée Megan Wollover and their toddler Maven, two, are a huge help when it comes to his recovery.

He said: 'I want to walk my wife down the aisle. I am determined to play with my little daughter and chase her around.'
