Second DUI in a month! Puddle of Mudd frontman Wes Scantlin busted for drunk driving in South Dakota before concert

Puddle of Mudd frontman Wes Scantlin was reportedly busted for drunk driving for the second time in two weeks.

According to TMZ, the troubled 43-year-old was pulled over by police in South Dakota Wednesday morning after speeding.

The Piece of the Action singer was arrested for a DUI as well as marijuana possession, and he was then released on $500 bail.

Scantlin was last pictured Tuesday in South Dakota with his bandmates 'tearing it up in the RZR.'

The Kansas City rock band are scheduled to perform 11:30pm Wednesday at the Glencoe Camp Resort in Sturgis.

'Thanks to all my true fans, the shows scheduled will all be played,' Wes tweeted to POM's 52K followers on July 27. 

'I look forward to rocking your face off. I'm ok. #godbless.'

After evading police by speeding 100 in a 30MPH zone, Scantlin blew a .310 BAC (four times the legal limit) - according to My Fox Twin Cities.

Before that, the divorced father-of-one was previously arrested for domestic violence, drug possession, trespassing, disorderly conduct, and public intoxication.

The Fred Durst protégé is the only remaining founding member of Puddle of Mudd, which got booed off the stage June 20 due to his alleged drunken lip-syncing during their Ohio concert.
