Shay Mitchell's newest project would make her sporty Pretty Little Liars alter-ego proud: The Canadian actress has collaborated on her own line of fitness clothes.

Launched this week at Kohl's stores and on Kohls.com, the 28-year-old's athleisure line, called Fit to Wander, is packed with workout clothes that the brand says can be worn 'from bootcamp to brunch'.

'The Fit to Wander line speaks to my personal philosophy of embracing all that life has to offer and being the best you can be,' the actress said in a statement, as reported byWWD. 'I’m thrilled to share that philosophy with Kohl’s customers looking for apparel that fits their lifestyle.'

Complete with leggings, sports bras, t-shirts, tanks, and sweaters, the first collection is priced between $24 and $48.

The leggings and sports bras are also made with moisture-wicking Wandertech technology - so, as the store advertises, customers really could wear them to a meal straight out of yoga class, without being drenched in sweat.

Each item also includes a 'hidden inspirational quote', such as 'Wherever you wander, be all there,' or 'Strive To Be the Best Version Of You'.

Kohl’s chief merchandising and customer officer, Michelle Gass, said the new line 'embodies Shay’s adventurous spirit and fashion savvy.'

While Shay's TV character, Emily Fields, favors swimming to stay fit, Shay herself likes to mix it up to keep her figure toned.

She told Self: 'I'll run back and forth on the beach for 45 minutes and stop at an outdoor gym in Santa Monica and climb a 24-foot rope.'

The star is also a fan of sweating it out while she busts a move, adding: 'I love letting loose and just moving. I'll go to a dance studio and sweat my butt off for an hour. I call myself Shayoncé!'
