Bill Cosby has finally been forced to speak about the allegations of rape brought against him by over 40 women - though it will be behind closed doors.

A judge ordered Cosby to give a deposition on October 9 in the lawsuit brought against him by Judy Huth, despite his previous attempts to block her lawsuit.

Huth claims Cosby plied her with beers as the two played billiards before taking her into a bedroom at the infamous party house in Los Angeles and forcing her to perform a sex act on him in 1974.

Husth will also have to give a deposition as well to Cosby's lawyers a few days later on October 15.

'We are pleased that we will now be able to move ahead without further delay on Ms. Huth’s case and we look forward to taking Mr. Cosby’s deposition on October 9, 2015,' Gloria Allred, Huth's lawyer, said in a statement

'Today we are happy to announce that the California Supreme Court has denied Mr Cosby’s petition seeking review of Ms. Huth’s case against him,' wrote Allred in an email obtained by DailyMail.com last month when Cosby's attempt to block the suit was dismissed.

'We had previously scheduled Mr. Cosby’s deposition for June 26, 2015 in this case, but we were unable to take it, because Mr. Cosby filed his petition with the Supreme Court.

'Now that the petition has been denied, we plan to notice his deposition and we will seek to take it as soon as possible within the next 30 days.'

Allred closed by writing; 'We are looking forward to Mr. Cosby answering questions under oath at his deposition and we will continue to seek justice for our courageous client, Judy Huth.'

Cosby had called Huth's claims 'absolutely false,' and in papers seen by DailyMail.com alleged that her previous lawyer tried to extort him for $100,000 - and then raised the price to $250,000 as new women came forward to make similar claims.

In the court papers, Cosby said Huth's former lawyer approached his attorney Marty Singer last year and made 'ominous references to criminal penalties.'

Cosby also alleged that Huth tried to sell the story to the media 10 years ago, but no outlets would publish her claims.

Huth claims she first met Cosby as a teenager when she and a friend, 16, wandered on to the set of one of his movies.

He invited them to his tennis club the following Saturday, where they then followed him to a house and he 'served them alcohol beverages before playing some games of billiards.'

Huth was required to drink a beer every time Cosby won a game according to the lawsuit.

Later, the girls followed Cosby to the Playboy Mansion, where the comedian allegedly told Huth and her friend to say they were 19 if anyone asked their ages.

Later in the evening, Huth claims she emerged from a bathroom to find Cosby sitting on a bed at which point he asked her to sit down next to him and attempted to 'put his hand down her pants'.

He then allegedly took her hand in his and performed a sexual act on himself 'without her consent.'.

'This traumatic incident, at such a tender age, has caused psychological damage and mental anguish ... that has caused her significant problems through her life,' reads the lawsuit.

Cosby claims Huth lied about playing a 'drinking game' with him where the pair drank three beers, as his lawyer says it well known that Cosby is a 'lifelong non-drinker.'

Cosby's lawyers have yet to respond to this latest news, though they did comment about statements made by Cosby in a 2005 deposition that was recently released to the public, including that he purchased Quaaludes in the past.

'The media immediately pounced, inaccurately labeling the released testimony as defendant's "confession" of "drugging" women and assaulting them,' said Patrick O'Connor and George Gowen.

'Reading the media accounts, one would conclude that defendant has admitted to rape. And yet defendant admitted to nothing more than being one of the many people who introduced Quaaludes into their consensual sex life in the 1970s.'

The men then added; 'There are countless tales of celebrities, music stars, and wealthy socialites in the 1970s willingly using Quaaludes for recreational purposes and during consensual sex.'
