Lewis Hamilton is certainly making the most of the summer climes as he enjoys a tropical break in Barbados.

The Formula One racing pro gave fans a glimpse of his impressive physique as he kicked back on an idyllic beach on Tuesday afternoon with his beloved dogs, Coco and Roscoe.

Displaying his incredible gym-honed body, the Formular One ace stripped down to a bold pair of printed swimming shorts.

And he made sure to put his bright bottoms to good use as he meandered across the sand, as well as taking a brief drip in the sea.

He also took to his social media sites to share a snap, which was captioned: ‘A day in paradise paddle boarding w/ my Coconut @roscoelovescoco.’

Hours later, the 30-year-old shared an image of himself smoking a cigar at a Barbados parade after enjoying spending some time with superstar Rihanna.

Updating fans: He also took to his social media sites to share a snap, which was captioned, ‘A day in paradise paddle boarding w/ my Coconut @roscoelovescoco.’

The A-list pair were recently pictured dancing closely on a party truck as it made its way through Bridgetown, and Hamilton decided to share an image and a video of him dancing with fans via Instagram.

Accompanied with the caption: 'Positively preposterous behaviour I say!! #0****sGiven #daggeringboss #BarbadosCropOver,' the two-time world champion was seen with a cigar in his mouth while partying in the image.

And the video, in which he dances toward the camera before turning his back on it, was uploaded with the caption: 'Crop Over 2015 was such a great time!!!! #Barbados #IslandBoy #LHonRoad #GrenadianRoots'.

He was at the Barbados' annual Kadooment Day event - a celebration for the end of the sugar cane harvest which is traditionally marked with drinking, dancing and a party through the streets - on Monday.

While the pair have not confirmed they are dating and have not been seen together since, it has been claimed that they are enjoying a break together in Barbados.

Hamilton, who recently took to social media to show off his new plaited hairstyle in preparation for the trip to Barbados, returns to the F1 grid in just over two weeks, travelling to Spa-Francorchamps for the Belgium Grand Prix on August 21-23.

He leads the Drivers' Championship by 21 points ahead of Nico Rosberg.

Hamilton will be eager to get back to his best as he looks to extend his lead after a horror show in the Hungarian Grand Prix on July 26.

Hamilton ended the race in sixth place having been on pole and admitted: 'I was all over the place. I really don't have any words to describe what happened.

‘It was a really bad performance from me, one of the worst in a long time. I don't know if it was a lack of concentration or what.'

Hamilton will be praying there is no repeat of last year's Belgium Grand Prix, after a collision with Mercedes team-mate Rosberg hampered his chances of securing a second F1 world title at the time.

It's that time of year again when Rihanna gets down with the locals in Barbados at the annual Crop Over Festival.

This means incredible carnival-esque outfits made from feathers, jewels, beading and sequins and while it's not a look many of us could pull off, RiRi looks right at home in the over the top designs.

Rihanna's look this year is from Zulu International, an island based band who deliver the full festival experience. Each year they choose a fantasy theme and 2015's is The Hunger Games, with costumes with names like 'District 12', 'Panem', 'Catching Fire' and 'Mocking Jay'. All familiar to fans of the books and films!
