She's no stranger to a holiday selfie or two.

But Kelly Brook couldn't resist treating fans to a glimpse at her famous curves in a tiny tropical two-piece as she posted a saucy selfie to her Instagram profile on Friday.

The 35-year-old model, who recently took a romantic break with her boyfriend Jeremy Parisi, is pictured laying on the deck of a boat as she soaks up the rays with the ocean stretching away.

The brunette beauty revealed that the photo was taken in the tropical paradise of the Carribean, simply captioning the snap: 'St Barths'

With her tousled tresses tied up in a loose ponytail, the model and actress can be seen stretched out on the prow of a boat - flashing her tanned and toned body in a red, floral-print bikini.

But while the English rose appears to have been enjoying the summery weather in England with her model beau Jeremy, Kelly is clearly wishing she was on another sun-soaked holiday in a more tropical climate.

The last holiday that the loved-up couple enjoyed was in July, when they embarked on a romantic tour of Europe - taking in the sights of Sicily and France.

And although they may be facing reality in Kelly's home county of Kent, the photogenic couple have been making the most of their time together - even indulging in a joint workout last week.

Kelly and Jeremy had been training in Kent's Mote Park, but selfie-mad Kelly couldn't resist taking to her social media page with a couple of cute pictures of their amorous work-out session.

In one, the happy couple kissed with a backdrop of the sunsoaked greenery and she wrote: 'Bisou!' as she tagged it with the words 'training time'.

The model certainly didn't seem to mind about her baggy clothes, Sketchers runners and fuss-free up-do when it came to working out with her boyfriend.

In a second post, she extended one arm to capture them both smiling, as he showed off her a Star Wars muscle Tee that read 'Never Go Solo.'

Kelly and Jeremy appear to be back in the UK for good, following her extended stay in Los Angeles in an attempt to break Hollywood.

Since her NBC show One Big Happy was slated by critics, the Brit born beauty seems to have returned to her roots.

Just last weekend, Kelly was again enjoying the English countryside with her man, beside what looked like a plush swimming pool.

Wearing her brown locks pulled in to a messy bun, the 35-year-old TV personality shunned make-up to pose for a selfie with her boyfriend in the background.

Kelly can be seen puckering up for the camera while Jeremy, 30, dipped his toes in a swimming pool.

She later shared a black and white photograph from the same spot while her handsome new squeeze barbecued.

The on-again-off-again couple called time on their relationship earlier this year and have been since embroiled in some very public spats over Twitter.

Kelly and Jeremy's relationship began while she was living in LA to work on her comedy One Big Happy.

The programme was cancelled after just one series due to disappointing ratings. While she was in America she is understood to have met Frenchman Jeremy, a trained ju jitsu instructor.
