Aubrey Plaza is dapper in blazer and skinny jeans as she joins documentary filmmakers on stage at Sundance Next Fest in LA

Aubrey Plaza was a celebrity guest at Sundance Next Fest in Los Angeles on Saturday where she helped promote a new documentary Finders Keepers.

The quirky film recounts a bizarre true story of a man's battle to get back his amputated mummified leg from a flea market entrepreneur who unwittingly purchased it at auction.

Aubrey, 31, an actress and comedienne, bought her own particular brand of humor to facilitate a post-screening Q&A at The Theater at Ace Hotel.

The Parks And Recreation star was dapper in a navy blue blazer with large gold buttons and a pair of black skinny jeans and nude heels.

She joined Silicon Valley actor Thomas Middleditch on stage for the session that explored the background to the film.

The two chatted with co-directors Clay Tweel and Bryan Carberry  and the documentary film's subject John Wood.

Finders Keepers was described by The Hollywood Reporter as a 'stranger-than-fiction yarn' and was completed with the help of $81,000 the two directors raised via a Kickstarter campaign.

It was screened at the Sundance Film Festival in February and The Orchard acquired the North American rights to the movie.

The appearance marked a change of pace for Aubrey who has spent the last several weeks filming the big screen comedy Mike And Dave Need Wedding Dates in Hawaii with Zac Efron, Adam DeVine and Anna Kendrick.

She also wrapped filming earlier in the year on the comedy Dirty Grandpa with Efron and Robert De Niro.
